hirtenberger performs standard plastic overmoulding as well as multi component moulding and insert technology. Moreover, the overmoulding of wirings and sensitive components.

With it's state of the art production equipment (hot runner technology, temperature control of tooling, 100% process control) hirtenberger produces parts out of different materials for various industries, e.g. PA, PBT, PE, PP, PC, POM, COC, TPE with a content up to 50% fibre glass / carbon fibre.
